Rates are subject to change without notice, however, once your reservations are made, your rates are locked in.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 10am.
Payment & Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% will secure your approved reservation. Cancellation within 60 days of your stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
No Smoking Policy
Please, no smoking inside the cottage.
No Pets Policy
Although we understand that you may have the world’s best behaved little doggy, we don’t allow pets of any kind.
Damage Policy
A $500 security deposit will be required a week before your stay. This can be secured with a credit card.
